The Look
She looked.
He noticed her passing glance and looked back.
She looked away.
He approached anyway.
She looked at him and waited for his best pick-up line.
He walked by without a word.
She laughed, “Hello?”
He turned and smiled, “I thought you were looking for someone.”
She looked around, “We are the only two people here.”
He was curious, “Do I know you?”

She smiled, “I love telling people about the day we first met.”
He frowned and looked at her friends, all gathered around the campfire, “I was playing hard to get.”
