The Dream
She was sleeping.
He was living in a dream.
She was close.
He moved closer.
She set the mood during the day.
He wanted more after dark.
She was sleeping.
He was very much in love and wrapped his arm around her in the cool quiet hours of the evening.
She was comfortable and said, “Sorry, not today.”
He continued to dream.
